RealityNewsOnline: Thank you for doing this interview. I'm sorry we had to talk under these circumstances. How did you hear about Wickedly Perfect?

Margo: In 2002 and 2003, I did several appearances on The Christopher Lowell Show for the Discovery Channel. One of his producers advised me that CBS was casting for this show and thought that I would be a great fit. So I went to the CBS website, applied, and it was smooth sailing from there.

RNO: You've mentioned your children a number of times. How did they react to hearing that you wanted to go on a television show?

Margo: Because I've done a couple of movies in the past, other television shows, and have appeared in many corporate videos, my kids were not surprised that this opportunity came along. My children - Adam, 17, Chris, 15, and Phylicia, 13 - are my biggest fans. They were and still are quite excited and proud of their mama. They are very happy that I represented us very well. And isn't that what really matters? Doing your absolute best in everything and making the most of your life.

RNO: Which challenge was your favorite?

Margo: I would have to say that the second challenge was my favorite. I was able to socialize with the judges and relax and be myself. I'd like to also think that my great hosting skills were the reason that they truly enjoyed themselves. Sure, our team didn't win that challenge, but the guests had a great time, and I'm very happy with that.

RNO: Which challenge was the hardest for you?

Margo: The Bed & Breakfast challenge was the most difficult for me. I was suffering pretty badly by this point because I missed my children with every fiber of my being, and I was exhausted physically, mentally, and spiritually. I was tired of playing the game. In my big picture of life, and all I've gone through, playing a game doesn't hold a candle to what is truly of value in my life. The love and commitment to my children come first - so perhaps I gave up, because I wanted to just go home. It was a very hard competition. So I'll just end there.

RNO: Did you connect with any other competitor?

Margo: I didn't have time to connect with any competitor on the show. That's not why I was part of the show. I was there to win. Not to make friends.

RNO: How much time did you wind up getting to spend on the wreath during the B&B challenge?

Margo: I believe I spent only a couple of hours on my wreath. In between cleaning toilets, making beds, baking cookies, washing dishes, that is. I love my wreath… I think it was fantastic!

RNO: Do you have any regrets?

Margo: I can honestly say I have no regrets. Why should I? I was selected to be a part of this amazing show out of thousands of applicants. I represented myself very well. I was true to my character and that's what matters. Being an interior designer, I of course wish I had the opportunity to make over a room… but maybe you'll see me on a different show doing that very soon. I shall be forever grateful for this amazing, once in a lifetime opportunity!

RNO: I just have to ask - have you learned to poach an egg since the show?

Margo: Honey, I can poach an egg like nobody's business. Check out CBS's website - I'm now teaching the masses, thanks to Bobby Flay, that is!

RNO: Thanks again for the interview! I wish you the best of luck in the future.
