America's Next Top Model 4, Episode 7: Words Can’t Describe This One!Page 3View Printable version of this article Time for the judges to deliberate. They feel that Brittany has tamed herself and is looking sexy. Some feel that Tatiana is not a woman, and needs more confidence. Naima was good, but can do better, while Keenyah always looks the same and needs more personality. Kahlen is stiff and boring this week, while Rebecca is like a bowl of pasta – very plain. Everyone feels like Tiffany could be a couture model, but she has to ditch the attitude. Tyra thinks that Tiffany is just intimidated. Tyra also says that something about Michelle is wrong, but for some reason when she comes together, she’s almost right. Christina has a “makeup face(?)” and Janice remarks that she has no upper lip. I really like Christina! In general, Tyra feels the shots were bad this week, and Nigel says that the judges have to do something to give them a wake up call. The girls walk back in. Tyra says it was a very interesting week. The judges are less impressed, and as a whole, it wasn’t a good shoot. The judges don’t want perfection, just promise, and they were very disappointed tonight. However, one girl with her photo and personality really stood out, and that’s the girl that has to be watched. Brittany is called up. Tyra gives her a photo, and congratulates her, tell her how proud she is. Good for you, Brittany! Keenyah is called next, followed by Naima and Michelle. Kahlen is called next, and yes, I’m shocked too! Next is Christina, and then Tatiana. Tiffany and Rebecca step up. Tyra says that they are there for very different reasons. Rebecca has probably the best body of all the girls there, and wants to be a top model in the worst way. She tries very hard, but the judges feel she is just safe. Tiffany is told that almost everyone wants it more than she does – even her family, but especially her grandmom. Tyra says that Tiffany acts like she’s not worth all this, and if she doesn’t, the judges won’t either. Maybe Tiffany needs more time to look in the mirror and find that self confidence that she is lacking. The judges had a tough decision this week, says Tyra, as she pulls out the last photo – WHICH IS BLANK! She says that both girls are going home this week! The other girls have a look of shock on their face, as Rebecca breaks down right away into Kahlen. Tiffany is very ho-hum about the whole thing, and is laughing it off. As they go walking out, Tyra asks them to stand in front of her again. She tells Rebecca that she respects her emotion right now and it shows that she really wanted it. However, Tyra is disappointed in Tiffany because of how nonchalant she is acting. Then she proceeds to start yelling at Tiffany. Tiff says that she’s hurt, but what can she do now? Hmm, that’s true! Tyra tells her to take control, and that America was rooting for her. That’s true, too! I was! Tyra tells her that she has a bad attitude, and she understands that she has been though things, but so has Tyra, and Tiff has no idea about that either. She continues to tell Tiffany that she’s not a victim, and learn to grow. As she continues to wail, Tyra says that when her mom used to yell this loudly at her, it was because she loved her. With that, the two girls head out. I’ve never seen Tyra so irate. It was like a porcupine – the angrier she got, the more all that hair on her head stood up! As the girls pack their bags, Rebecca says she has never seen Tyra like that, and maybe she was right about Tiffany – maybe she is bitter. Tiffany says that her grandmom and child kept her there. Rebecca is disappointed, but everyone can’t say that they’ve done this. She knows more about herself now, and her family is number one. She’s going home to get married! Tiffany says she regrets being disrespectful, and Tyra really did care about her, and she respects Tyra so much. She knows that she cared, and she can’t wait to go home and have a good life. Aww, I really did like Tiffany – way more than I ever thought I would! Next week, the girls react to the shockwaves that went on during the elimination ceremony. Each of the girls gets a taste of the spotlight, but a celebrity guest judge brings a loss of words to most of the girls. Also, it looks like Kahlen has a personal tragedy that might take her out of the competition. I sure hope not. I’ll be back next week. I’m still in shock of Tyra’s outburst! Oh yeah, here’s how I rank the girls right now:
