Kim is up next. She says she has to stay above the Yellow Line because her allies are gone and if she falls below, she'll go also. Kim drops from 164 to 162. She's sad but she's okay with that. Kim got to go to the White House and see her family, so she's happy. Kim is at 1.22%.

Weight Watchers

Jeremy is up next. He was at 260 and drops to 249 for a loss of freaking 11 pounds! Jeremy is at 4.23%. Next up is Conda. She says she has never fallen below the Yellow Line before. To be safe, she needs at least a nine. Conda drops from 210 to 205 for a loss of five, and with the one pound disadvantage, it's only four. She says she wanted to lose more, but she had an amazing week and hopes that is enough. Bob says that Conda has come a long way, she still has the mouth on her, but she's proven she's a strong woman. If by strong woman you mean bitch, I agree. If you think I'm being harsh, Bob gave an interview shortly after this episode filmed, where he called Conda a bully and derided this whole season. I'll get more into that next week, but for now Conda's loss is 1.9%.

Kim says she just keeps seeing her name dropping and dropping. Mark is up next. He doesn't want to lose no weight again but is nervous it could happen. Mark needs a loss of four. He tells us that for the first time in a long time, he is very nervous. Mark goes from 200 pounds to 196 for a loss of four. Mark is ecstatic because he finally made it into the hundreds. He says he's safe for another week, he's in the final five. Mark's loss is 2.9%, which pushes Kim bellow the Yellow Line.

Kim knows if she goes under with Conda, she's screwed. If she goes under with Chris, she might have a chance. Chris says having Bob helped her get refocused in the right direction, but she's still done a lot of damage. Alison notices right away that Chris doesn't look all right and asks her about it. Chris says she doesn't have a good feeling. She tells them about the call she gave to Roy and how it upset her so much that she began bingeing.

Chris goes from 170 to 172 for a gain of two pounds. Chris isn't proud and says that even though she wasn't trying to sabotage herself, she still hurt herself. Bob asks her how she felt after binge eating and Chris says lousy. Bob wants Chris to remember this and to turn this mistake into a victory. Chris deserves to be happy. Chris's gain puts her at 1.18% gained, in dead last.

The trainers leave and Bob tells Chris not to sell herself short. They hug and Chris promises not to let her new attitude die. We see them headed to the Elimination Room with all their votes. Chris says her fate rests in everyone else's hands, but she thinks the circumstances this week prove she deserves to be here. Buddy says the smart thing to do is to eliminate Kim since she has finally fallen below the Yellow Line. However, Kim wants to be here more then Chris. He doesn't know what he will do.

Frankly, the smart thing to do is send Kim home. The correct thing (given the theme of the season) is to send Chris home. I don't care though, send them both home at this point – unless one of them can eliminate Conda that is.

Time for Elimination. Conda votes first. She says it's been amazing getting to know both of them and she based her decision on the fact that this person has a lot going on. Conda voted for Chris.

Buddy goes next. He says he was doing the whole head-heart thing again and his head tells him Kim is the bigger threat. His heart though says Kim is like a sister, so he votes for Chris.

Kim begins to cry. She says she didn't know how this would turn out because she's been really alone in this game. Kim says some more things but she's crying so hard that I can't make it out. Buddy apparently does as he goes over to hug Kim. Kim says Buddy calling her a sister was awesome.

Chris is eliminated and begins to cry. She is all right though because she'll go home with treasured friendships she'll have for the rest of her life. Chris's family needs her and she needs them. Chris says she is tremendously proud of herself and grateful for every moment she had here.

In her At Home segment, we learn Chris is down to 156 pounds, which doesn't sound like much but Chris was already near a healthy weight. Chris says after returning home, she's had to learn how to incorporate more healthy activity into her life. Since being home, Chris and Roy have begun to work out more together. Roy is really happy she's home and is eager to continue this journey. Chris says that when she got back and reflected on how quickly she gained weight, she realized that she has not taught her family many healthy habits.

We see Chris and her family working. Chris has a lot of pride in how this is going. Two of her kids talk about how great their mom looks and how awesome working out more is. Chris says before she was on the ranch, she was so unhappy. Now she's back and feels great and those who know her say she's back to the Chris she once knew. Nothing can hold her back. Chris says her goal after the finale is for her and Roy to bike across the country.

Next week, it's finally time! All the contestants want to quit! This should be interesting and, in a way, I'm looking forward to it. Are you?
