Jason confronts Roddy with the information he has been told. Recap. Nominations. Gerry and Amy. Danielle pissed at Jason. Recap. Jason crying. These recaps keep getting longer and longer and less and less interesting with each passing week. Recap of the nominations again. This is really getting bad. I mean do they not have that much new material to use? Lisa says she is proud that Jason followed his own gut instincts and didn't bow down to the pressure being placed on him by his fellow housemates (and even his alliance mates). We get to the moment where Roddy, before last week's live show, approached Jason about keeping both of them off of the chopping block should either of them win the coveted Head of Household competition. Lisa says that it's a beautiful thing that he lived up to his word in not nominating Roddy this week. Reality Check #1: Which is more of a beautiful thing - Jason keep his word to Roddy or just Roddy? Now Danielle has it out with Jason about why. Jason tries to rationalize it without telling her that he made that promise to Roddy. He makes it clear that Danielle wanted Roddy nominated against Gerry this week. Jason says he felt protected – that Roddy would not come after him but Danielle says that people would just say anything to make sure that people wouldn't do it. She is also more concerned that people will put together the Danielle/Jason alliance. She admits that he did the right thing for himself. Marcellas comes out of nowhere in the Diary Room and says that Jason is weak and this proves that he cannot make the tough decisions. People, get over yourselves. You are just a bunch of whiners because things are not going your way. So what. You didn't win Head of Household and now you are bitter over it. Amy is talking with Lisa and she says that she hopes that people will send Gerry out of the house and back into the school room. She says she knew the first week she was nominated she would stay and when she was nominated against Marcellas she was going to go. However, she says that since she feels that she is staying around that she is not going to be leaving this week. Roddy is talking to Gerry in the backyard. Gerry says that his wife is sacrificing a lot for him to be there. Roddy, oddly enough, doesn't want to see Gerry leave at this time. He would miss having him around. Roddy says that he will "snoop around" and see what "the word on the street is." Gerry doesn't want to let his family down and wants to stay in the game as long as possible. Over in the high rent district, Danielle and Lisa are bitching and moaning about how Roddy isn't up for nomination and how dangerous he is as a player. Danielle is concerned that Jason has misplaced his trust in Roddy and that he is somewhat protected in being aligned with him. Danielle just thinks that Roddy gets other people to do his "dirty work" when it comes to nominating people or voting for people. Reality Check #2: Danielle, you do the same thing. Gerry doesn't totally trust Roddy because he is smart and can manipulate people. Of course we get another recap of something we had already seen at least once and perhaps twice before tonight – Roddy telling Jason to do what he wants and not what other people want him to do. Danielle is just pissed that Roddy was able to talk his way out of the nomination. In fact, Lisa goes as far as to say that he has talked himself out of being voted out. Lisa just doesn't understand how he gets away with it all the time. Reality Check #3: He was up against Josh who wasn't that well liked to begin with and Kooky-Chiara who became the hated whore of the house. Of course he wasn't going to go. At least not when the rest of you refused to vote strategically. Amy is outside and finds garden gnomes that must be decorated and adopted by the group. Jason points out to Amy that one of the gnomes had a Citrona but now it's gone missing and has found its way into Marcellas' hands. Of course Amy, being the lush of the house, has to chase Marcellas all over the place for the Citrona. Finally he just gives it to her to shut her up. Personally, I would have opened the bottle and poured it out before handing it to her, just to piss her off. So here they go painting their gnomes. Marcellas calls his gnome Boo, which he says sounds like a ghetto street name. Oddly enough Marcellas doesn't look like a ghetto street guy. 1 2 3 4 Next-->View Printable version of this article |
