Big Brother 4, August 15-16 Live Feed Highlights: Veto Competition and New Strategiesby Sting7 -- 08/17/2003
View Printable version of this article FRIDAY, continued from our last live feed highlights article. After his refreshing discussion with Erika, Justin heads out back to be greeted by Robert and Jee, who want to know why he was in the HOH so long. Justin says not much game was discussed, but he did get the gist about the alliance with Nathan, and the non-alliance with Jun (despite what Jun has declared). Erika says to Jack that she is nervous about the discussion about Jun; Jack says no need to be. Justin relays what he knows to Jee, Robert, and Alison. Alison says Jun should just leave. They discuss who they could beat in the finals. Most of them feel that they could beat Jun. That may make her worth keeping around... Meanwhile, someone left a pair of crusty, smelly sweatsocks in Jun's bed. Everyone thinks it's Justin, but Jun says in the Diary Room that they asked her what she thought of Nate's going away present! Jun says Nate must be gay, because only a gay person would do that. (Huh?) The world according to Ali: it's rude for the Japanese to go to Pearl Harbor after what they "did." Justin points out that Americans visit Japan and we dropped an atomic bomb on them! Ali says, of course, that's different. The Veto Competition goes down, from conversations, it sounds like it had to do with matching pictures with monitors. It was won by Jun! SATURDAY HouseGuests sleep late and wake up to nothing to do. Plenty of minor conversations... reminiscing about how Jee fell for Dave's story that Jack was a player before he got married, even slept with his best friend's fiancé the day before their wedding! Robert says Dave was making it up as he went along, Alison says she fell for it too! Finally, game talk ensues and it's a doozy! Robert candidly tells Erika that if he wins HOH, he will definitely put up her and Jack. She says she expects that, but if they do not vote her out, she will align with them! (Whoa! Who said Erika isn't competing?) Robert talks about his discussion with Jee and Justin. Justin says if you had to choose between Erika and Ali for a third, Erika is much, much easier to deal with. The Stooges decide though that whoever survives between Jack and Erika, the Stooges want that person with them in the final three. Even the Stooges think Jack and Erika played more honorably than Ali and Jun's floatation method. AMERICA'S CHOICE RESULTS: Robert wins a letter from his daughter. All the HouseGuests are genuinely happy for him, game or not. Jee gets a haircut. America's Choice seems to have taken everyone's mind of the game for now, but tomorrow, Jun must decide whether or not to use the Power of Veto! Want to keep up with important events in the house?
