Big Brother 5, August 5 Live Feeds: Holly Has a Twin?

by Paris Cosby -- 08/06/2004
It was eviction day in the house. How do they prepare to find out who would be leaving? More importantly, how do they all react to the big Twin Twist? And why are they all so certain that Holly had a twin?!

Good morning, Houseguests! Rise and shine! Today is eviction day and you have no idea what you're in for when the big twin twist is revealed!

The houseguests mostly primp and preen and clean on Thursdays so there really isn't much going on except Diane trims Marvin's hair again. She then trims Drew's hair and when she's finished says, "It's not THAT bad." Hmmm, that's not usually a good thing. Nokomis comes in and takes over to fix up the mess that Diane created.

Adria/Natalie still isn't feeling well but has taken her medication. Will says he could tell she wasn't, he can tell by looking in someone's eyes. I don't think he looked close enough with these two girls! I'm shocked they've pulled it off! It's awesome and has made this show a heck of a lot more fun to watch.

Cowboy is giving a blaze of glory speech which is, honestly, highly annoying. He goes on about them dying on the battlefield and using swords if they must. What the hell is that? This guy went from sweet, country cowboy to being one step away from being nominated Most Annoying Reality Person of The Year! At least for me, he has.

He thinks that they're going to go down in the history books as the legendary horsemen. Their grandkids will talk about it. Yeah, sure, Cowboy. Give this man some medication!

Jase and Marvin have a chat about Scott leaving and how he destroyed their chances by evicting Holly. He says his goodbye speech isn't all that nice. We'll see about that, I don't trust Jase. For the next few hours, all we see are the fish. Happy, swimming fishies. I assume the houseguests are practicing for the upcoming HOH competition tonight. And oddly enough we have fish right up until the live show.

After the live show finishes (if you missed it, you should read Mike DeGeorge’s recap right here!), Adria and Natalie are explaining things to everyone. Some are still convinced Holly had a twin playing the game. The girls are saying how there are actually six people in their family – not five like they'd previously told everyone. Jase won't shut up about Holly having a twin. He says if Holly hadn’t been evicted then her twin would have come in and he and Scott both could have had a Holly. He's losing it I think! He tells Marvin, as well, that he's given up, there's no way he can win the game now.

Everyone wants to know how Natalie managed the first time in the house. They wonder how she knew where to go and where to sleep. Natalie says that Adria left clues for her as best she could. You know, I hadn't thought of that but I bet it must have been hugely confusing to Natalie the first time in there!

The girls are saying how Adria was born first and that's how they decided which one went into the house first. Apparently, they even had to change panties because Marvin made such a point of noticing them! Geez!

Jase is being a little whiner boy again. He says how he was here to play the game but he's done, put him up, he wants to go. I'd be more than satisfied if he hauled his whiney little ass out the door right now after the way he's gone on and on and on and been so cocky about winning! Surprise! You lose! Ha! It's gratifying, isn't it?

Oh, Nokomis has quit smoking! Good for her! People better be extra-special nice to her this week though considering she's gonna be having withdrawals and she is the HOH! Ha!

Oh, for God's sakes, Jase is a complete ass. Honestly, I really want to smack him. He is telling the twins that the only reason they are there is because Scott saved them. It's getting really old at this point.

Cowboy and Karen have a chat and Karen is literally sobbing. She is explaining to him why she voted Scott out. She really didn't want Scott to go but she couldn't put Cowboy at risk. It's all nonsense. I'm not sure which side Karen is on, to be honest with you.

Diane is sharing "the plan" with Marvin. I'm not so sure that's a good idea. She says they'll put up two of their own, they'll play for the Veto and then put Jase up. It all makes perfect sense as long as one of them doesn't pick Marvin to play the POV game! Or, if one alliance member (say Karen) doesn't use it if she wins it.
