“No One Is Staying True” – An Interview with Big Brother 10’s Libraby David Bloomberg -- 08/18/2008
View Printable version of this article Now that the Big Brother evictees are being sent to the jury, all interviewers are more restricted in what we can ask them after they’re sent out of one house and into another. Unfortunately, this also means follow-up questions are more difficult and houseguest answers tend to be shorter. I’ll still bring you the best interviews I can, of course, but they are not going to be as extensive as we’re accustomed to. We begin this trend with Libra, who was evicted on Thursday. Let’s see what she had to say. RealityNewsOnline: Hello, Libra, and thanks for taking the time to talk to us here at RealityNewsOnline! On Tuesday (on the live feeds), you said your strategy coming into the house was to be quiet and observe. Do you think you accomplished that? Libra: No, I did not follow my strategy. I had to change it up after discovering the dynamics of the other houseguests. RNO: How do you think you were perceived by the other houseguests? Libra: I was the puppet mistress to some and a strong player to others. RNO: Do you think being a married person in the house makes things easier or more difficult (when it comes to relationships with other players)? Libra: I think that being married makes things easier in the house. RNO: Why do you think alliances have seemed to shift so much this season? Libra: I think that alliances have shifted so much this season because everyone is trying to save themselves, by any means necessary. No one is staying true. RNO: From your perspective, what were the major power shifts in the game? Libra: The major power shift in the game was when we flipped the house and voted to evict Jessie. RNO: Why do you think Michelle seemed to blame you for Jessie’s eviction and became pals with April when April was the one who nominated Jessie? Libra: Plain and simple: April and Ollie threw me under the bus and they fed Michelle the Puppet Mistress mumbo jumbo!! RNO: Do you feel that Memphis should have done something to protect you, given that you helped save him last week? Libra: Yes, he used me when he needed me and left me hanging in the end. RNO: If you could go back in time, what would you do differently? Libra: I would win an HOH competition. RNO: Do you have anything else you’d like to tell us about your time on Big Brother? Libra: The Big Brother game is one the hardest game to play and you never know what to expect. RNO: Thanks again, Libra! Do you want to see all the Big Brother 10 action in the house yourself?
