The girls arrive at the party and Craig Port welcomes them. Both girls are happy to meet so many people in the industry and make connections. Brittany tells the camera how she wants to have fun, and starts busting her jokes at the party. Keenyah is a little annoyed that Brittany is taking the spotlight at the party, as we see Brittany putting on a show. Keenyah now regrets bringing Brittany, since she’s too far in the background. On the way back to their apartment, Brittany marvels over how much fun she had, and asks Keenyah if she’s glad she brought her. Keenyah has this look on her face that screams “Oh God, I could choke you.”

Keenyah and Brittany arrive home and the other girls are sleeping, but they take it upon themselves to read the awaiting Tyra mail. Apparently though, everyone got a look at it since they have to be ready in the morning. Fast forward to morning. Wow, that was a quick night! Each of the girls get out of the van and meet their photo shoot producer, that tells them they have to travel through some water to get to their shoot location. Everyone suits up in a wet suit, and Brittany is peeved since she just got up. Naima is annoyed that Keenyah is basically bitching about having to go in the water, and the girls have to wade across a pond to where their shoot is. Brittany isn’t having fun, and Kahlen just says it was an experience. The girls get to the end and Jay Manuel is waiting there to greet them. He says their job is to look gorgeous and serene, no matter what they just went through. Their wardrobe for their shoot will be the environment, and each of the girls have to find their own outfits for the shoot by looking around the brush. This should be amusing.

After the makeup is applied, the girls go looking for wardrobe. Keenyah says it’s scary since she doesn’t know what to use, while Christina is thinking smart and looking for things the other girls won’t think of. Naima wants to be edgy, and Brittany decides that she’ll just use mud. Kahlen just wants to stick to browns.

Keenyah is up first and uses her sticks to cover up her stomach, yet still look flattering. She tries to do her thing, but Jay comments on her weight. I’m really starting to get angry about this. Jay wants more out of her, and thinks she didn’t move as well as she could have. Naima is next up and Jay says that even though she does a great job, she never shows a full face shot, and always tries to go with the profile. Brittany rolls around in a puddle of mud and her outfit is done. Jay loves her photo shoot though, even though she was a bit gross. I think it turned out well. Kahlen is reliant on her poses, but has problems with her outfit. Jay doesn’t think that she looks all too sexy today, and even Kahlen admits to trying to be sexy, and then looking like a “cornball.” Christina is happy with her look, and feels sexy. She does look really good, and I probably like her outfit the most so far. She’s trying to lose the stern look, and Jay notes that she was a bit too technical this week, but looked sensitive. On that note, the shoot is over and the girls are out.

Back at the apartment, the girls get Tyra mail that says they will meet with the judges tomorrow. Brittany says that no matter who goes home, she loves all the girls. Christina says that she has to give it her all, while Keenyah says that going into panel, everything is up in the air and their challenge in front of the judges will weigh heavily. Naima is excited about her photo this week and Kahlen is just nervous all around, worrying how well she did during her shoot this week.

The girls walk into the judging room and are greeted by Tyra, reminded of the prizes and introduced to the judges, including Paola Devito, the president of National Models in South Africa. Tyra tells the judges about the shoot this week, and then tells the girls that they have been taught a lot so far, so this week they are turning the tables and the girls will have to critique each other’s photos. They are looking for honesty, and want the girls to show that they have learned something.

Brittany is up first. The girls look at her shot and Keenyah says it’s a bit stiff, while Naima likes it and says her legs look very long. Kahlen likes the face and eyes and Christina says the mud looks too thick. Kahlen’s picture is next and Keenyah says that she looks confused, while Christina doesn’t like it. Naima and Brittany both note that it’s a nice shot. Christina is next and Keenyah says she looks like she has a hunchback. Kahlen likes the face and Brittany says she loves it. Keenyah is next and Naima says she doesn’t like the face and Kahlen and Christina don’t like it either. Brittany doesn’t seem to like it either. Naima is last and Kahlen doesn’t like her eyes. Keenyah says that she looks like she has something dirty in her underwear, while Brittany once again says she likes it.
