Big Brother 6, July 24 Live Feeds - He Said/She Saidby Paris Cosby -- 07/26/2005
View Printable version of this article Maggie and Rachel are up first today. They sit and chat for a bit. Rachel reassures Maggie that Howie had nothing to do with the nominations. She says he isn’t smart enough to think of that. Eric is up and discusses the pairs and how he can’t look at anyone in the face. He’s surprised Ivette has a girlfriend. Maggie says she knew because she reads people. Ivette gets up and explains that Big Brother scouted the restaurant where she works. They found her there and they were scouting for a black man and they found Beau. So they were paired up. Ivette says she would rather be paired we someone she’s known forever – like they have been. But she doesn’t feel that allegiance with Beau. Maggie and Eric are in the workout room and Maggie basically tells him that she wants him to stay and that she’s resigned to leaving on Thursday. Eric was meant to play this game, etc., etc. Outside, Janelle, James, Rachel, Maggie, Beau and Ivette discuss the clues to the safe. They are trying to figure out the secret clues they’ve been given so they can open the safe. They also discuss Ivette’s girlfriend a little. Later on, James talks to Janelle and Kaysar. It’s a lot of trash talk about Eric and how he isn’t a real leader because real leaders don’t need to tell people they’re leaders. James is sorry he fell in with Eric’s group and says he should have gone with his first instinct and chosen to team up with Kaysar and Janelle. Sarah joins the group now and Janelle and Sarah trash talk Maggie. It seems as though James and Sarah have jumped ship here. Janelle is also sorry that they can’t make Sarah a cake for her birthday because of the peanut butter and jelly diet they’re on. That’s gotta suck! It’s your birthday and you’re stuck on that. Janelle and Sarah continue gossiping and say they don’t trust April or Jennifer. In the Gold Room, later on, it’s the new “Janelle/Kaysar” group chatting and James is sorry he didn’t join the group earlier. Sarah says she knew Janelle was a good player because she would stare at a person until they looked away. They’re both happy to be in the alliance now. They think Maggie is deceptive and fake about things. They trash Eric some more as well saying he shouldn’t bring his job and family into the game to try and earn respect. Elsewhere in the house, various people discuss America’s Choice and how that will work. They also want naps because it’s too hot for them. It’s riveting, I tell you! We get some more chatter with Sarah, James and Janelle trashing the other houseguests but it goes to fish quite a few times. They’re discussing events in the house so I imagine we’ll see those on TV so they can’t spoil it now on the feeds. Ivette goes on a bit about her lesbianism (is that a word?) and she discusses her girlfriend back home. Apparently, she is named Maggie as well and this is all too confusing for Howie. He just walks away. We quickly get Beau telling April and Kaysar about how he was Ivette’s third alternate and again with the fish. It makes you wonder how well they really know each other. They haven’t played like they’ve known each other a long time. That or they’re just really good at playing this game. Kaysar and April discuss Michael leaving and how everything is factoring into Kaysar’s plan. He didn’t want to lose Michael but he couldn’t lose Janelle. She is the only one he can talk to, she keeps him sane in the house. April, of course, says she understands. He goes on about how it was such an intricate plan and one little thing could have blown the whole thing up. But he’s turned the tables. They both agree no pair will make it to the end. The talk then turns to hookah and how “good” it is for you. It’s better than cigarettes, I guess and April just doesn’t want to try one because it looks illegal. Howie, Sarah and James talk about dogs and puppies they’ve owned. Outside, the houseguests discuss random things and nothing terribly interesting or important. Kaysar does talk a bit about the pairs and how he figured out who was with who. Ugh, now they complain that they want to have known their pair longer. Good lord, what is with these people? Now that everyone has a partner and it’s out in the open, they’re basically fighting over which one has the best partnership. It’s comical really. There is more talk of Sarah’s birthday and more hookah talk. The chatter is most just general for quite a while until James discusses his arrest with Kaysar. It’s actually not a big deal either as the charges were dropped but James spent about 24 hours in jail and wasn’t treated too nicely by the policemen (or so he says). Considering Janelle’s arrest charges, you’d think Big Brother went fishing at the local lock-up for contestants. The houseguests trash talk Maggie some more over a robe she asked Janelle to leave for her. Janelle said no. They also discuss Rachel and Howie getting married and that they (as a group) are the best houseguests ever for the show. View Printable version of this article |
