Elsewhere in the suite, Kristi asks Alla if she thinks she should go home over Jen. She says she won’t be throwing any hissy fits. Kristi says that Jen screwed up and was acting like a chicken with its head cut off. She asks Alla if she thinks Kristi will go home because of the concept. She’s willing to fight because she put herself out there.

It’s time for the Boardroom. Trump can’t believe that Randal is there. Randal says that the main challenges the team faced were management (including time management) and getting off to a rocky start. Trump notes that Randal didn’t help the women like they thought he would. Jen and Kristi immediately start bickering. Trump asks Felisha for her opinion but she never gets to give it because Trump gets into how bad the float looked.

Jen says that the men come together. Trump points out that the women could have picked any man to join their team, but they picked Randal. Jen says that Randal is smart, says it like it is, and is great to work with. Trump thinks it would have made more sense to pick someone bad. Maybe later in the process, where it’s more important to pick people off and make yourself look good, but we’re still in the team portion. Jen says that they wanted to take the men’s strongest player away. Trump notes that it didn’t hurt them much.

Alla speaks up that things were bad from a conceptual standpoint; this is Jen’s fault. She says that they never had a clear concept. Jen tries to interrupt but Alla continues that Jen should have clarified things with Kristi, who came up with the concept. Jen asks why everyone was so excited if the concept wasn’t clear. “I wasn’t excited,” Alla replies in perfect deadpan. Jen notes that she asked Kristi for a drawing. Alla says that other people had good ideas; she offers Rebecca as an example. Rebecca explains to Trump that her idea was similar to the men’s.

Jen announces that she was good at motivating her team and Rebecca said that she’s never been so motivated or appreciated. Trump notes that Rebecca said good things about Toral, so she doesn’t have the best taste. Ouch! Carolyn asks about the presentation. Alla says that Jen was horrible. They discuss how the presentation contributed to the loss. Carolyn says that Jon told her that Jen had to explain the float three times. How is she supposed to explain a float when it’s in a parade? The discussion turns to the scale problems, which Jen blames on Kristi. She calls Kristi the bad kind of tough.

Marshawn says that the task was about imagination and implementation. The women did the best they could, but they came up short. As for their personalities, she doesn’t think that a PM should have to deal with Kristi’s behavior and attitude. Jen tries to interrupt and Trump points out that Marshawn is helping her. Marshawn continues that she asked Jen if Kristi thought the float was hers or the team’s.

Trump asks Randal to compare the men and women’s teams. Randal says that the men are definitely superior. He doesn’t think that the women are maximizing their talents. Trump asks if the women have talents; Randal says that they rival the men in that aspect. He just doesn’t think they function well together, like the men do. He says that the women don’t go deeper with certain ideas. He adds that Trump should fire Kristi because she’s disruptive.

Trump thinks that Marshawn agrees with Randal; she does. (By the way, is it just me, or does Trump keep calling Marshawn “Marsha”?) Trump asks for Rebecca’s opinion. Rebecca says that she’s talked to Kristi. Trump notes that Rebecca often goes for someone out of left field. Rebecca continues that she also talked to Jen. She respects Kristi, but she thinks she’s bad for the team. Jen and Kristi both try to make cases for themselves, and Jen says that she’ll bring Kristi and only Kristi back to the Boardroom.

After everyone leaves, Carolyn tells Trump that Kristi isn’t the reason the women lost. Bill agrees. Jen and Kristi return and Trump gets them to talk about each other. Jen says that Kristi is outspoken and bossy and the other women don’t like her. Kristi argues that strong women like Felisha respect her. Jen says that every time they’ve worked with professionals, they can’t stand Kristi. Carolyn asks if Jen couldn’t manage Kristi, which leads to Bill wondering why Jen didn’t bench her. Jen says that she managed Kristi as well as she could. Carolyn comments that that says something about Jen.

Jen says that she discussed Kristi’s behavior with her but it didn’t help. She points out that she couldn’t spend the entire task keeping an eye on Kristi. Kristi says that her two biggest competitors, the two people she thinks she could lose to, are Alla and Felisha. I’ll give her Alla but not Felisha. Trump wonders why she didn’t consider Rebecca and Jen asks why she doesn’t think Marshawn is a threat. Kristi says that Marshawn presents well but doesn’t do well otherwise. If we were allowed to see more of Marshawn, I would be able to comment, but as it is, I think Kristi is dead wrong. In fact, of the women left, she and Felisha are the weakest.
