Trump asks if Alla is difficult to manage. Alla thinks she’s fine. Trump notes that she didn’t do well as the director. Alla blames Felisha for giving her the job and taking control. Felisha says that it was hard to take a subordinate role. Trump wonders if this was a weakness or a poor decision. Felisha thinks it was a poor decision and repeats that if they’d won, she wouldn’t be in the boardroom. Trump asks to see the video. It’s not any better the second time around. Trump cringes a little, Bill shakes his head, and Carolyn looks like she’d like to get out of there. Trump says that he’s not a big computer person, but that video wasn’t clear. Carolyn thinks there was too much information.

Bill says that chopping up the video was the biggest mistake. Felisha blames Alla for this decision, and Alla says, “Shame on you.” She says that Felisha oversaw every little bit of the video. Trump points out that she previously said that Felisha wasn’t a leader. Alla says that Felisha would give her an assignment, but when she tried to change things, Felisha would stop her. Alla finally says that they worked on it together. Felisha replies that the text was the one big thing Alla wanted in the video.

Trump asks if Felisha thinks Alla outdid her. Felisha doesn’t think either is better than the other; they both have strengths. However, this was Felisha’s task and she wanted to be PM no matter what. Bill respects this. Alla speaks up that Felisha backpedaled. Felisha asks her to stop steamrolling her, but Alla just wants the whole story to be told. Trump thinks Felisha is being honest and Alla is being too harsh.

Carolyn asks if Felisha is giving up. Felisha starts crying and says she definitely wants to be there. She’s frustrated with herself and her performance. Alla starts in on her again and Trump tells her to stop, since Felisha is a nice person. Trump asks if Felisha thinks she’s tough enough to work in New York. She does. He doesn’t even bother to ask Alla. Trump says that Felisha isn’t strong enough to be there. She has a lot going for her, but she just doesn’t have the strength. Felisha is fired.

Felisha nods like she knew it was coming and Alla immediately gets up to leave. Trump barks at her to sit, which she does. Uh oh, Daddy’s ticked. He tells her that she’s hard to manage and directed a disastrous ad. Therefore, Alla is also fired. Wait, what? I’m sorry, did he just say Alla was fired? I can’t believe my second pick for runner-up is gone. I’m so bad at predictions. I think Trump was right to fire both of these candidates; they did a horrible job. Alla was especially disastrous because she was so good before this. She just dropped down too much.

Alla and Felisha head downstairs. Trump thinks they both deserved to be fired but it was still difficult. Bill makes a great point that Felisha can’t lead and Alla can’t be led. Carolyn says that it was hard to pick one because they kept talking about each other’s mistakes. Trump announces that, on a lighter note, he’s going to go up to the suite and tell Rebecca and Randal that they’re the final two. As Alla and Felisha do their walk of shame to the cab, Trump does the walk of triumph usually performed by the boardroom survivor of the week. Randal and Rebecca are waiting in the suite and I’m sure they’re shocked to see him.

In the cab, Felisha says that she didn’t perform but that wasn’t the best she had to offer. It’s unfortunate that this was her last task. Alla says that Trump didn’t say she’s a bad leader, just that she’s hard to lead. She knows people have said she’s difficult to lead, but maybe they were just weak. She can be led by the right leader.

Next week: here we go! Randal and Rebecca face off on “enormous” tasks. Apparently their missions will be “nearly impossible.” It’s all leading up the live grand finale. Oh, and Trump has one final surprise up his sleeve….
