America’s Next Top Model, Episode 1: More Than Just Pretty Faces?, by Jamie Goralski: The first episode of America’s Next Top Model starts with 20 semi-finalists, cuts down to eight, then back to ten, and the down to nine by the end. Phew! We get to see possibly the quickest comeuppance of a bitchy contestant in reality show history and the seeds are planted for future conflict. Oh, and there is a modeling contract to be won as well.

America’s Next Top Model: A Preview, by Jamie Goralski: We've searched for idols and country singers and talented kids and more. Starting next month, it's time to find America's Next Top Model. Ten women will compete for this title while living together and having cameras on them 24/7. Let's meet the finalists and find out some of what they will be facing.

Reality News Update, April 1: Frat Life Legal Woes, Zora Day, and New Shows, by David Bloomberg: Most news in the past few days has related to American Idol and, more specifically, Corey Clark. But there is plenty of other happenings in the world of reality TV. For example, the Fraternity Life guys may have their own legal problems, “Zora Day” almost caused problems as well, and we have some new show announcements.

‘Supermodels’ Reality Show Coming to UPN, by David Bloomberg: First we had American Idol, then news that a presidential candidate would be chosen in a similar matter. Now we have Supermodel, a reality show that has been picked up by UPN for mid-season.
