The Restaurant, Episode 1: One Grand Opening, with a Side Order of Stress, by Betsy Wasser: Celebrity Chef Rocco DiSpirito (right) has seven weeks to open his new restaurant – but he doesn’t even have a location for it yet! In this first episode, we meet Rocco, his financier, his publicist, his new staff, and, of course, his Mama. Can he find a space and convert it to a restaurant in time for the first reservations?
