Survivor: Stacey Files Motion to Strike CBS Counter-Suit

TheStingray.net has posted the contents of a motion to strike filed by Stacey Stillman against Survivor Entertainment Group in regards to their counter-suit against her.

TheStingray.net, home of investigative reporter Peter Lance, has posted the contents of Stacey Stillman's motion to strike the lawsuit filed against her by Survivor Entertainment Group in response to her original lawsuit against them for "fixing" the game. Along with the motion are a declaration about the case and a support memo.
